Patty Bordeaux Nelson is retired from a 35-year career as an advocate for people with disabilities and their families. She holds a bachelors of science in social work and a masters of science in education. She is enrolled in the Rosebud Sioux Tribe, and has been a resident of Madison, SD for 41 years.
